No Tsunami warnings, advisories or watches are currently in effect for the Long Beach region including Tofno, Ucluelet and the outlying communities. And earthquake took place around 12:43pm today on the Northern area of Vancouver Island approximately 50km south of Port Alice. At this time there are no reports of damage or injuries.
