Underdog Art Festival, Lantern Festival and More Festivals

Summer may be wrapping up but there are still a few great summer events to take in on the west coast.

First, starting Thursday night is a relative new comer to the coast. In it's second year, The Underdog Art Festival raises money and awareness for local ecological initiatives through local art, fashion, music and more all at  The Marine West Motel's Harbour Lounge. Sunday night is Lantern Festival in The Tofino Botanical Gardens, repeatedly mentioned as a favourite by locals it's a magical family friendly event. Finally, 2 other festivals that aren't far off. 

 

-The Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby's Salmon festival is September 9th this year... it should be a blast! Find more information at www.uclueletsalmonladderderby.com

 

-The Carving on The Edge Festival will be later in September, look for updates on their site as we get closer to game time
